By signing up for the free trial, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Free Trial Eligibility

  • The free trial is available to new customers only and limited to one trial per company or individual.

2. Duration of Free Trial

  • The free trial will be valid for 30 minutes of call time or 1 month from the date of sign-up, whichever comes first.
  • This time includes the duration of all calls, the time needed to forward calls or take messages, and any necessary call logging
  • After the trial period ends (either by using 30 minutes of call handling or after 1 month), the free trial will automatically expire

3. Services Included in Free Trial

During the free trial, users will have access to the following services:

  • 24x7 live call answering by professional agents
  • Message taking and call logging
  • Basic call screening and call forwarding to a designated contact
  • Message delivery via email and / or SMS

Excluded Services:

  • Any custom integrations with external systems (such as CRM tools)
  • Specialized services (such as medical answering or legal support) unless otherwise agreed

4. Support During Free Trial

  • Support for free trial users is available via email during regular business hours.
  • 24x7 support during the trial may be limited compared to paid subscriptions.

5. Liability and Service Limitations

  • The service is provided β€œas is” during the free trial period.
  • The service provider will not be responsible for any missed calls, delays, message handling issues, or service interruptions during the free trial.
  • The company is not liable for any damages, losses, or business interruptions resulting from the use of the free trial.

6. Fair Use Policy

  • The free trial is subject to a fair use policy. If the service detects abusive, excessive, or fraudulent usage during the free trial period, the company reserves the right to terminate the trial early without notice.

7. Cancellation of Free Trial

  • You may cancel the free trial at any time during the trial period without any fees or penalties.

8. Termination of Free Trial

  • The company reserves the right to terminate or suspend the free trial at any time if the user violates these terms or if misuse or abuse of the service is detected.

9. No Automatic Conversion to Paid Subscription

  • No credit card is required to sign up for the free trial.
  • Once the free trial ends (either after 30 minutes of calls or 1 month), there is no obligation to sign up for a paid service.
    • To continue using the service beyond the trial, you must manually subscribe to a paid plan.

10. Data Collection and Privacy

  • Any data collected during the free trial (e.g., caller information, message logs) will be handled in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
  • At the end of the free trial. All data gathered will be deleted after seven days unless you manually subscribe to a paid plan.

11. Modifications to Terms

  • The company reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.

12. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Arizona.
